Polymetallic Holding Group Seligdar (hereafter referred as “Holding Group” or “Seligdar”) signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Innovation, Digital Development and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) during the Eastern Economic Forum 2025.

The memorandum was signed by Vasiliy Efimov, Minister of Innovation, Digital Development and ICT of Yakutia, and Sergey Tatarinov, CEO of Seligdar PJSC.

The memorandum aims to combine the intellectual and technical resources of both parties to support and accelerate the socio-economic development of the Republic through the introduction of advanced technologies.

As part of the cooperation, the parties plan to jointly organise and participate in major events such as the Digital Diamond Forum, demo days of the B8 Accelerator, the Future of Yakutia initiative, and others. Special attention will be given to the development of educational initiatives across the Republic.

Sergey Tatarinov, CEO of Seligdar PJSC, commented:

“Yakutia is historically a home region for us. Today, our main mining cluster,accounting for about 90% of the Group’s total gold production, operates at the south of the Republic. Our commitment extends beyond production to include technological and talent development in the region. Supporting innovation and education is our contribution to building a sustainable future for the entire country.”

Vasiliy Efimov, Minister of Innovation, Digital Development and ICT of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), commented:

In 2025, Seligdar PJSC serves as a partner of the 10th anniversary edition of the Eastern Economic Forum.
