The annual forum of the National Association of Corporate Secretaries (NACS) hosted the awards ceremony for the winners of the A.S. Semenov professional award, "Best in the Profession: Corporate Secretary 2026." Among the winners was a representative of the polymetallic holding company Seligdar PJSC (MOEX: SELG).

Each year, the award's expert council includes specialists in Russian corporate governance, including representatives of relevant ministries and agencies that shape the development of corporate governance in Russia.

In 2026, Alexandra Dmitrieva, Corporate Secretary and Head of the Corporate Governance Department at PJSC Seligdar, won the award in the "Star in the Team" category.

The Holding's corporate relations department is responsible for 27 legal entities within the Holding, over 133,000 shareholders, ensuring compliance with Moscow Exchange listing requirements and the absence of regulatory penalties. The department supports securities issuances, reorganizations, and complex transactions. A significant milestone was the successful completion of Seligdar's first independent corporate governance audit in 2025.
