Seligdar announces operating results for 6 months of 2026

24.07.2026

Seligdar PJSC (MOEX: SELG; hereinafter referred to as the "Holding" or "Seligdar"), a Russian gold and tin producer, announces its first-half 2026 operating results based on operational accounting data. Ligature gold production by the Holding's companies increased year-on-year by 20% to 3,337 kg. Tin in concentrate production increased by 17% to 2,021 tonnes, while copper in concentrate production increased by 8% to 1,332 tonnes and tungsten in concentrate by 2% to 65 tonnes. Total revenue from metal sales for the first half of 2026 increased by 43% year-on-year to RUB 40.8 billion.

GOLD MINING DIVISION
Mined rock mass volume in the first six months of 2026 increased by 50% year-on-year to 10.5 million m³. Ore production in the first half of 2026 increased by 50% to 3.1 million tonnes compared to the same period last year. This increase was primarily due to the commencement of work on new projects at deposits in the Nizhneyakokitsky ore field, specifically mining at the Khvoynoye, Smezhnoye, and Nadezhda sites (Nizhneyakokitsky production complex). Ligature gold production increased by 20% year-on-year to 3,337 kg. Sales of gold produced by the Holding's companies increased by 4% to 2,936 kg, compared to 2,821 kg in the first half of 2025.

TIN MINING DIVISION

Ore production for the first six months of 2026 decreased by 8% year-on-year to 557,000 tonnes. Ore processing, including preliminary enrichment at the X-ray absorption separation plant, decreased by 2% to 566,000 tonnes. • A slight decrease in ore mining and processing volumes in the first half of the year was due to the modernization of ventilation and water drainage systems at the mine, which led to a temporary reduction in daily production. Tin in concentrate production in the first six months of 2026 increased by 17% year-on-year to 2,021 tonnes. Copper in concentrate production increased by 8% year-on-year to 1,332 tonnes. Tungsten in concentrate production in the first six months of 2026 increased slightly year-on-year to 65 tonnes.

SALES

Revenue from gold production sales in the first half of 2026 reached RUB 32.2 billion, an increase of 35% year-on-year. This revenue increase was driven by both a 4% increase in gold production volume to 2,936 kg and a 30% year-on-year increase in the average selling price. Revenue from sales of tin, tungsten, and copper concentrates in the first six months of 2026 amounted to 8.6 billion rubles, compared to 4.5 billion rubles a year earlier, driven by growth in sales volumes and the average selling price of concentrates. Specifically, tin concentrate sales increased year-on-year by 25%, with the average selling price rising by 47%. Total revenue from sales of gold, tin, tungsten, and copper concentrates for the first half of 2026 amounted to 40.8 billion rubles, exceeding the previous year's figure by 43%.
