Twenty high school students from Yakutia have been given the opportunity to immerse themselves in the details and nuances of gold mining professions. This opportunity was provided by the opening of a summer career guidance camp, which is annually organized by the polymetallic holding Seligdar PJSC (MOEX: SELG) and the Aldan Employment Center.

The main goal is to help 15- to 17-year-olds choose their future profession. The camp's program includes not only career guidance activities but also real-world work experience, as well as training sessions and master classes, educational games, and quests. While in the camp, the teenagers are officially employed, earning their first work experience and a salary.

The Seligdar summer camp is part of a comprehensive youth engagement and development program, "Seligdar." The New Generation program, through which the Holding collaborates with over 20 educational institutions in Russia, allows Seligdar to develop a critical talent pool, providing young people with exceptional opportunities for personal development and potential career advancement.
