The Polymetallic Holding Group Seligdar PJSC (hereinafter referred to as the "Holding Group" or "Seligdar") (MOEX: SELG) has held its autumn Technical Council in Moscow.
On the Kyuchus project, the participants of the Technical Council discussed the conduct of surveys, design and infrastructure development for the future complex, with main construction of facilities planned to begin in 2028.
Representatives of the Holding Group's management summarised the interim results of operations for the nine months of this year. Both industrial divisions – gold mining and tin mining – are running ahead of plan. In the first three quarters of 2026, the Holding Group produced over 7 tonnes of gold and more than 3 thousand tonnes of tin in concentrate.
In the gold mining division, this was achieved through the operation of the new Khvoynoye gold processing plant, as well as increased production at the heap leaching facilities of the Nizhne-Yakokitskiy and Ryabinovy production complexes. In the tin mining division, the introduction of new technologies such as RAS separation and cassiterite flotation is enabling maximum recovery from every tonne of ore mined.
One of the key topics was the development of the mineral resource base. As a result of comprehensive geological exploration on the northern flank of the deposit and the approval of a new feasibility study of standards and reserves, the GKZ approved an increase in reserves. For Khvoynoye, balance reserves have been recorded: 50.6 million tonnes of ore, 37.8 tonnes of gold at an average grade of 0.76 grammes per tonne, as well as 45 tonnes of silver. Off-balance reserves amount to 10.2 million tonnes of ore, 5.2 tonnes of gold at a grade of 0.51 grammes per tonne and 5.5 tonnes of silver. These figures significantly exceed the results of the previous feasibility study, including more than a twofold increase in gold reserves and almost a threefold increase in ore reserves.
The participants of the Technical Council analysed the efficiency of mining operations, the tightening of requirements on the part of state supervisory authorities when approving projects and technical documentation for the implementation of mining projects, as well as the modernisation of heap leaching processes.
