The shareholders decided to increase the number of members of the Board of Directors to 12 at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Seligdar PJSC held in the form of absentee voting on December 14, 2022.
The decision was related to the growth of the Holding's business, increase in the number of the Seligdar PJSC’s shareholders (more than 70 thousand shareholder accounts) and the expansion of the Holding's corporate structure.
The approved number of directors on the Board optimally meets the strategic goals and objectives of the Company, allows making prompt and balanced decisions, promotes productive, constructive discussions, and increase efficiency of the committees.
