Seligdar PJSC confirmed its ‘silver status’ in the Forbes rating of the best employer in Russia. Last year, Seligdar entered the Forbes rating for the first time, having received silver, this year the Company confirmed its status and significantly improved its position in the ‘Employees and Society’ category.

Forbes presented the fourth rating of the best employers in Russia. This year, the rating comprised 118 companies divided into four groups: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. The assessment was based on the sum of points in three areas with different weights: ‘Employees and Society’, ‘Environment’ and ‘Corporate Governance’. The compilers of the rating distributed the participants into four groups: “Platinum”, “Gold”, “Silver” and “Bronze” depending on the points scored.
