Personal data

By completing any of the following forms – “Request a Callback”, “Hotline”, or “Subscribe to News” – a person acting freely, of her/his own will and in his/her own interest, and confirming the full legal capacity, grants the explicit consent to the processing of the personal data (the “Consent”) by Seligdar PJSC, located at: 12, 26-Piket Street, Aldan, Aldan District, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 678901 (the “Controller”), using both automated and non-automated means.

1. The Consent is provided for the processing of the following personal data when filling in the respective forms:

• - Request a Callback: surname, first name, patronymic (if any), telephone number.
• - Hotline: surname, first name, patronymic (if any), telephone number, email address, location, and any other information that the person voluntarily chooses to provide.
• - Subscribe to News: surname, first name, patronymic (if any), email address.

2. Purposes of the processing of the personal data for the following purposes relating to the form used:

• - Request a Callback: personnel recruitment.
• - Hotline / Subscribe to News: public relations and communications.

3. During the processing, the Controller will perform the following actions (operations) with the personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, amending), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, erasure, and destruction.

4. The personal data will be processed until the processing purposes are fully satisfied.

5. The Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written statement or an electronic statement signed with a recognised electronic signature to the Controller at the postal or electronic address.

6. In case of the Consent withdrawal, the Controller is entitled to continue processing the personal data if a lawful basis for such processing exists.
