The Polymetallic Holding Group Seligdar (hereinafter referred to as the "Holding Group" or "Seligdar") and the Russian aerospace company Bureau 1440 (part of X Holding) have signed a forward contract at the Digital Solutions forum to provide satellite communications for several gold mining production complexes of the Aldan cluster.

Following testing, Bureau 1440's solutions are planned to be used for the implementation of the development project at Kyuchus, Russia's largest gold deposit, located in the Arctic zone of Yakutia. Bureau 1440 will provide satellite communications infrastructure to support a continuous production cycle, the operation of industrial equipment and automation, mining machinery, and the organisation of fixed and mobile communications for specialists at the future production complex.

Timur Shcherbinko, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Seligdar PJSC:

"Kyuchus is a strategically important development project for the Holding Group. Its successful implementation will enable a multiple increase in annual gold production volumes. The phased development of the project envisages the introduction of modern technological solutions to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted communications in the challenging conditions of the Far North. Satellite communications could become the optimal technical solution where there is no ground-based infrastructure or physical wired communication channels."
