January 17, 2023 - The Seligdar Holding (MOEX: SELG, hereafter Holding or Seligdar), a Russian gold and tin producer, reached new heights: gold production by the Holding’s companies exceeded 7.5 tonnes. Thus, Seligdar not only fulfilled the annual production plan but also hitted the all-time-high record in gold production. The 2021 gold production comprised 7.2 tonnes.
New production level resulted from modernisation and expansion of operating facilities of the Holding. In 2022, optimisation of the preliminary ore thermal treatment facility work continued at the Samolazovskoye deposit in Yakutia, a skarn ore processing plant progressed at the Poisk production complex in Altai region, ore mining and processing facilities underwent modernisation at the Sininda production complex in Buryatia.
President of Seligdar PJSC Konstantin Beirit commented:
