Polymetallic Holding Group Seligdar (hereinafter referred to as Seligdar or Holding Group) Seligdar confirmed its ‘gold’ status in the Forbes rating of the best employers in Russia.

Seligdar entered the rating for the fourth time. The new rating of the best employers in Russia included 168 companies. According to the methodology developed in 2021, the magazine evaluated participants against the main elements of the ESG agenda, dividing them into four groups: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Compared to last year, the jury rated Seligdar with a higher score – platinum - in corporate governance (G). In the other two elements of the agenda – ecology (E), as well as employees and society (S) – the Holding Group confirmed the ‘silver’ status.

Earlier this year, Seligdar was awarded the highest rating (RESG 1) in the field of sustainable development by the AK&M rating agency. The Holding Group has also significantly improved its position in the ESG ranking from the RAEX rating agency and confirmed the I ‘high level’ ESG index from RBC agency and the National Credit Ratings (NCR) credit rating agency.
