AK&M Rating Agency has assigned non-financial sustainability reporting of Seligdar Polymetallic Holding (hereinafter referred to as the Holding or Seligdar) (MOEX: SELG) the highest (RESG 1) rating.

The agency has assessed the non-financial reporting disclosed by the Holding as part of its unified annual report for the first time. According to the AK&M methodology, the 2023 report received 88.2 points and was classified as the highest level. This rating is assigned to companies that received a rating score in the range from 85 to 106.6.

In its conclusion, AK&M highly appreciated the volume and quality of disclosure of information on the Holding's sustainable development. The agency particularly noted the detailing of the reporting sections devoted to the development of human resources and social responsibility of Seligdar. Particular attention was paid to the sections on the Holding's scientific activities, the implementation of innovative projects and the introduction of digital technologies into production. Finally, the agency highly appreciated the presentation of the material, its logic and structure of presentation, the visual appearance of the reporting and the ease of perception of the data presented in it.

The ESG non-financial reporting rating has been calculated by the agency since 2020. The focus of the study is the completeness of the presentation of information on sustainable development in reports, as well as its accessibility. The study considers 96 markers. The main goal of the rating is to show the professional community the best practices for disclosing information on the social and environmental activities of companies.
