The Polymetallic Holding Group Seligdar (MOEX: SELG; hereinafter referred to as the "Holding Group" or "Seligdar") is completing the construction of a flotation facility at the gold processing plant of the Poisk production complex in the Krasnoshchekovskiy district of the Altai region.

Currently, specialists are carrying out commissioning works, including hydraulic testing, integrated testing of industrial equipment, and fine‑tuning of systems and process flows. In the autumn of this year, the Holding Group's specialists plan to obtain the Certificate of Compliance of the constructed facility with the design documentation, as well as the Certificate of Compliance with environmental legislation.

The future launch of the new unit will make it possible to produce copper‑gold concentrate from gravity tailings, thereby increasing the economic efficiency of processing the original gold‑bearing ore at the gold processing plant, and to sell it to non‑ferrous metallurgy enterprises.

Currently, at Poisk, gold is extracted by heap leaching and by processing ore at the gold processing plant through gravity concentration. The specifics of mining ore at the Murzinskoye deposit require the addition of another method to capture the fine and dispersed gold fraction. The combination of the two technologies is expected to create a synergistic effect – improving environmental performance and increasing the economic efficiency of the process.

According to Seligdar PJSC's 2025 Annual Report, capital expenditure at Poisk amounted to 800 million Russian roubles, of which 700 million Russian roubles were allocated to development projects. The complex produced 402 kilogrammes of gold, accounting for 5% of the Holding Group's total gold production.
