Polymetallic Holding Seligdar, a leading producer of gold and tin in Russia, announces that its subsidiary, which is a part of the Holding group in the Republic of Buryatia (Artel Starateley Sininda-1 Ltd), has obtained a license for the Mukodekskoye deposit.

The Mukodekskoye license area is located 20 km from the operating Sininda production complex, on the territory of the Mamsko-Chuysky district of the Irkutsk region in the valley of the Mukodek stream (the first left tributary of the Mama River from the confluence of the Right and Left Mama rivers). According to the State Balance of mineral reserves as of 01.01.2023, the gold balance reserves of the deposit comprised 3,409 kg of gold in C2 category and off-balance reserves, 1,049 kg of gold in C2 category.

In 2024, the company plans to begin exploration at the Mukodekskoye deposit. In 2028, it is expected to complete the development of a feasibility study and the estimation of reserves. The start of gold mining is scheduled for 2029.
