Seligdar PJSC’s Board of Directors had a meeting on June, 17, after its election at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on June, 10, 2022. Aleksandr Khrushch, First deputy CEO, Economics and finance director, was elected the Board’s Chairman. Mr. Khrushch has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2014 and that of the Management Boards since 2015.
Aleksandr Khrushch graduated from Moscow Institute of International Economic Relations. He holds an international certificate and diploma of Institute of Directors (IoD, UK). He has previously held senior positions in banking and industry sectors. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rusolovo PJSC since 2019.

The Board of Directors elected also the Audit committee and the Nomination and remuneration committee. Valeriy Kondratyev was elected the Chairman of the Nomination and remuneration committee of the Board of Directors of Seligdar PJSC. Vladimir Shchedrov was elected the senior independent director and the Chairman of Audit committee of the Board of Directors of Seligdar PJSC.
