Seligdar PJSC announces purchase of 30% stake in Yurskiy LLC. The transaction was executed on August 12, 2022. Thus, Seligdar became the sole member of Yurskiy LLC and the owner of 100% capital interest. Yurskiy LLC holds licences for alluvial deposits of Orto-Sala River, Yurskiy Stream and Timpton River (Kolbochi allotment). Gold reserves of these deposits amount to 4 tonnes.
