On World Environment Day held on the 5^th of June, the employees of Seligdar PJSC took part in the regional ecological campaign ‘100 birches for centenary of Aldan town’ dedicated to the anniversary of the town.

The employees of Seligdar PJSC, town residents, members of public organisations, and staff of other companies planted seedlings on the territory of the cultural and ethnographical complex Seveki. The campaign was organised by the Department of Culture and Arts of the Aldan district and supported by the Aldan Committee of State Environmental Supervision and Aldan Forestry Department.

The Seligdar Holding takes an active part in the ecological life of the town and Yakutia. Earlier, on the 1^st of May, Seligdar together with the Aldan Committee of State Environmental Supervision of the Ministry of Ecology, Nature Management and Forestry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Municipal state institution ‘Department of Education’ of the municipal district ‘Aldansky District’ launched creative competitions in the field of ecology for preschool and educational organisations. An application can be submitted on the Seligdar PJSC’s website (in Russian). In 2021 and 2022, Seligdar PJSC helped planting more than 646 thousand seedlings for over 84 million Russian roubles in the Neryungrinskiy district of Yakutia.
