Seligdar PJSC (MOEX: SELG, hereafter Seligdar) continues with the gold plant construction at the Khvoyny production complex in the Aldan district of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

More than 35 percent of the total volume of metal structures was installed at the construction site. Concrete work to prepare the foundations of the main buildings and technological equipment has been fully completed. More than 65 percent of the work on the installation of metal structures of the main building of the factory has been completed, and its cladding with sandwich panels has also begun. Construction of the future filtration building continues. Specialists began installing technological equipment.

A worker house and other auxiliary infrastructure facilities were built in the close proximity to the production site. This will significantly improve the logistics and delivery of contractor specialists for construction work. Currently, more than 250 construction workers are employed at the site, with plans to increase the number of workers to 600 people in the summer.

Earlier, in 2023, the installation of the main elements of the factory's production chain, namely, a wet semi-autogenous grinding mill and an overflow ball mill, was completed. In total, during the construction of the gold processing plant, more than 18 thousand m³ of concrete, more than 4,600 tonnes of metal structures and 36 thousand m² of sandwich panels will be used.

The plant planned capacity is 3 million tonnes of ore. The launch of the Khvoyny production complex will provide Seligdar with an annual increase in gold production of 2.5 tonnes.
