Rating Agency RAEX issued a ranking of human rights respect by Russian companies: ‘TOP-50 in Human Rights, Diversity and Inclusion’.

Polymetallic company Seligdar was ranked 38^th in ‘RAEX Human Rights: TOP-50 Russian Companies Paying Great Attention to Human Rights, Diversity and Inclusion Issues’. The Company’s overall score comprised 83.19.

Ranking ‘TOP-50: Human Rights and D&I’ was developed by RAEX Agency experts on the grounds of policies, reporting and efficiency indicators in ‘Human Rights’ and ‘Diversity and Inclusion’. The ranking considers initiatives in the field of human rights, D&I, human rights programmes and policies in place, initiatives to motivate and support employees, recording and treatment of stakeholders’ feedback. Evaluation is based on an open methodology available at the link (in Russian).
