The Polymetallic Holding Group Seligdar (hereinafter referred to as the “Holding Group” or “Seligdar”) (MOEX: SELG) has held its summer session of the Technical Council, with the participation of senior management.

Preliminary results for the first half of 2026 were reviewed. Overall, the production complexes are successfully exceeding interim production targets for gold mining, with significant overperformance achieved at Ryabinovy and Podgolechny.

Particular attention at the Technical Council was paid to the preparation of project documentation, the conduct of environmental impact assessments, and the development of a framework for geological exploration at all stages – from project preparation and expert review to reserve approval and write‑off. Issues of improving the efficiency of mining operations were discussed: based on successful testing, an automated system for monitoring the performance of bulldozer equipment operated by contractors has been put into operation. The practice of installing monitoring devices will be extended to other mining machinery – mega‑rippers, excavators, loaders and dump trucks. In total, about 100 units of equipment are planned to be equipped.

At Kyuchus, during the engineering surveys, drilling work has been completed and samples have been taken for physical and mechanical testing. Hydrometeorological, geodetic and environmental surveys are planned for the summer.

Also, as part of the Technical Council, participants visited the Ryabinovy and Nizhne-Yakokitskiy production complexes, where particular attention was paid to the operation of the gold recovery plants.
