Seligdar earned ‘gold status’ in the Forbes rating of best employers

Polymetallic Holding Seligdar (hereafter Seligdar or Company), a Russian gold and tin producer, earned ‘gold status’ in the Forbes rating of the best employer in Russia.

Seligdar participates in the rating for the third year in a row, in 2023 Seligdar was awarded ‘gold’ for the first time. In 2021 and 2022, the Company received ‘silver'. This year, the jury raised status of the Company to ‘gold’ level, having estimated high the level of the Company’s corporate governance.

Forbes presented the fifth rating of the best employers in Russia. This year, the rating included 125 companies divided into four groups: ‘Platinum’, ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ and ‘Bronze’. The assessment was based on the sum of points in three areas with different weights: ‘Employees and Society’, ‘Environment’ and ‘Corporate Governance’. The designers of the rating distributed the participants into four groups: ‘Platinum’, ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ and ‘Bronze’ depending on the points scored.

Sergey Tatarinov, CEO of Seligdar PJSC, said:

‘For the third time, Seligdar was named the best employer according to Forbes. This year, the jury awarded us ‘gold’ having specially noted our approach to corporate governance.
