April 23, 2026, Moscow - Seligdar PJSC (MOEX: SELG; hereinafter referred to as the "Holding Group" or "Seligdar"), a Russian producer of gold and tin, announces its production results for the first quarter of 2026 based on management data. Doré gold production by the Holding Group's companies increased by 13% year-on-year to 957 kg; tin-in-concentrate production increased by 10% year-on-year to 921 tonnes. Copper-in-concentrate production increased by 14% to 608 tonnes. Based on the results of the first quarter of 2026, total revenue from the sale of gold and concentrates of the Seligdar Holding Group increased by 28% relative to the first quarter of 2025 and amounted to 17.3 billion Russian roubles.

GOLD DIVISION

• Run-of-mine material for the three months of 2026 decreased by 21% year-on-year to 6 million m³.

• Ore mined for the first quarter of 2026 increased by 214% to 1.3 million tonnes compared to the same period of the previous year. The main increase in volumes is associated with the start of work on new projects at the Nizhne-Yakokitskiy ore field, in particular, mining at the Khvoynoye, Smezhnoye and Nadezhda deposits (Nizhne-Yakokitskiy Production Complex).

• Doré gold production for the three months of 2026 increased by 13% year-on-year to 957 kg. Significant growth was achieved at the production facilities of the Nizhne-Yakokitskiy Complex (+151%). Silver in doré alloy production amounted to 1,333 kg, an increase of 8% year-on-year.

TIN DIVISION

• Ore mined for the three months of 2026 decreased by 10% year-on-year to 264 thousand tonnes.

• Ore processed, including pre-concentration through XRT-sorting, remained at the level of the previous period and amounted to 279 thousand tonnes.

• Tin-in-concentrate production for the first quarter of 2026 increased by 10% year-on-year to 921 tonnes. More than half of the tin-in-concentrate production came from the Solnechny Production Complex, which increased production by 8% compared to the same period in 2025.

• Copper-in-concentrate production increased by 14% compared to the same period in 2025 to 608 tonnes. At the same time, the volume of associated silver in copper concentrate increased by 74%, reaching 0.6 tonnes in Q1 2026.

• Tungsten-in-concentrate production amounted to 27 tonnes, an increase of 2% compared to the previous period.

SALES

• Revenue from sales of produced gold for the three months of 2026 reached 13.4 billion Russian roubles, an increase of 10% compared to the same period last year. The increase in revenue was driven by a 45% year-on-year increase in the average realised price.

• Volume of gold sold (produced) amounted to 1,090 kg, a decrease of 24% compared to the same period last year. The decrease in sales volumes is due to the sale in early 2025 of a carryover balance from 2024 amounting to 663 kg of gold. Sales of third-party gold in the first quarter of 2026 were immaterial.

• Revenue from sales of tin, tungsten and copper concentrates for the first quarter of 2026 increased by 192% to 3.9 billion Russian roubles compared to 1.3 billion Russian roubles a year earlier. The increase in revenue is due both to an 82% year-on-year increase in the average realised price of concentrates and to a significant increase in physical sales volumes – up 61% relative to the same period in 2025.

• Total revenue from sales of gold and tin, tungsten and copper concentrates for the three months of 2026 amounted to 17.3 billion Russian roubles, which exceeds last year's figure by 28%.
