Seligdar Announces Operating Results for 9M2026

23.10.2026

October 23, 2026, Moscow - Seligdar PJSC (MOEX: SELG; hereinafter referred to as the "Holding Group" or "Seligdar"), a Russian producer of gold and tin, announces its production results for the nine months of 2026 based on operational accounting data. Doré gold production by the Holding Group's companies exceeded 7 tonnes, demonstrating a 16% increase year-on-year. Tin-in-concentrate production set a record, reaching 3,121 tonnes for the first time based on the results of the first three quarters of 2026. Copper-in-concentrate production increased by 20% to 2,074 tonnes; tungsten-in-concentrate production remained at the level of the previous period at 95 tonnes. Based on the results of the nine months of 2026, total revenue from the sale of metals increased by 26% year-on-year and amounted to 77.1 billion Russian roubles.

GOLD DIVISION

• Run-of-mine material for the nine months of 2026 amounted to 19.6 million m³, an increase of 3% year-on-year.

• Ore mining for the three quarters of 2026 increased by 6% to 5.8 million tonnes compared to the same period of the previous year. The main increase in volumes is associated with mining at the deposits of the Nizhne-Yakokitskoye ore field, primarily at the Khvoynoye deposit.

• Sands mining based on the results of 9M2026 amounted to 1,045 thousand m³.

• Doré gold production by the Holding Group's companies increased by 16% compared to the same period last year and reached a record level for nine months of 7,128 kg. The significant growth is primarily due to the launch of production in pilot testing mode at the Khvoynoye gold processing plant (1.1 tonnes of gold for 9M2026).

• Volume of gold sales produced by the Holding Group's companies amounted to 5,809 kg, a decrease of 7% compared to 6,243 kg in the same period of 2025. The slight decrease in physical sales volumes is due to the Holding Group's sales policy. The volume of unrealised refined gold as of 30 September 2026 amounted to 1,024 kg, with a market value at the end of Q3 of 11,522 million Russian roubles.

TIN DIVISION

• Ore mining for the nine months of 2026 decreased by 11% year-on-year to 829 thousand tonnes.

• Ore processing, including pre-concentration through XRT sorting, decreased by 5% to 844 thousand tonnes.

• Tin-in-concentrate production exceeded 3 thousand tonnes for the first time in the Holding Group's history and amounted to 3,121 tonnes for the nine months of 2026, showing growth of 20% compared to the same period of 2025. The record dynamics became possible thanks to the consistent implementation of a long-term investment programme for the modernisation and technical re-equipment of operating production assets – the Solnechny and Pravourmiyskiy production complexes.

• Copper-in-concentrate production also showed record results, increasing by 20% compared to the same period of 2025 and reaching 2,074 tonnes. At the same time, the content of associated silver in copper concentrate increased by 92% year-on-year to 2.3 tonnes. The achievement of such results became possible thanks to the inclusion of additional flotation machines in operation, which made it possible to increase the recovery of metals into finished products.

• Tungsten-in-concentrate production for the nine months of 2026 remained at the level of the previous year and amounted to 95 tonnes.

SALES

• Revenue from sales of produced gold for 9M2026 reached 64.4 billion Russian roubles, an increase of 18% compared to the same period last year. The increase in revenue is driven by a 27% year-on-year increase in the average realised price.

• Revenue from sales of tin, tungsten and copper concentrates for the three quarters of 2026 amounted to 12.7 billion Russian roubles, compared to 6.5 billion Russian roubles a year earlier, against the backdrop of increased sales volumes and the average realised price of concentrates. In particular, tin concentrate sales increased by 19% year-on-year, while the average selling price rose by 64%.

• Total revenue from sales of gold and tin, tungsten and copper concentrates for the nine months of 2026 amounted to 77.1 billion Russian roubles, which exceeds last year's figure by 26%.
