Polymetallic Holding Seligdar (hereinafter referred as Holding Group or Seligdar) and the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) signed an agreement on the development of industrial tourism at the industrial facilities of the Holding Group during the Eastern Economic Forum.

Kirill Bychkov, Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and Sergey Tatarinov, CEO of Seligdar PJSC, took part in the signing ceremony.

The parties agreed on a comprehensive programme for the implementation of joint projects aimed at the development of industrial tourism, which plays an important role in increasing competitiveness and promoting brands in the industrial sphere.

As part of the cooperation, it is planned to create new regional tourist routes, to conduct industrial excursions, as well as to cooperate in the implementation of state, regional, and municipal programmes, including within the framework of national and federal projects in the field of tourism.

Sergey Tatarinov, CEO of Seligdar PJSC:

‘All our key operating projects are located on the territory of the Republic. This agreement will allow solving issues not only of the image, but also of an economic nature, for example, in terms of attracting qualified specialists. For a number of years, Seligdar has been supporting the program "Local Personnel into Industry". This year we joined the MIPT program "Talents to the Regions", which is being implemented on the basis of the North-Eastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov. Thus, we are gradually building a system to form the human resource pool we need.’

Joint projects will allow us not only to promote the brand of the region, but also to develop infrastructure, improve the quality of life of our citizens and attract talented specialists to the industry.’
