JANUARY
Seligdar PJSC announces operating results for 2024 based on management data. Doré gold production amounted to 7,620 kg, tin in concentrate decreased to 2.5 thousand tonnes, while copper in concentrate increased by 73% to 2.1 thousand tonnes. Consolidated revenue from metal sales reached 58.2 billion Russian roubles, representing an increase of 8% compared to 2023.
As a result of geological exploration works at the Nizhne-Yakokitskiy Production Complex, Seligdar PJSC plans to increase the volume of its mineral reserve base by 27.4 million tonnes of ore and 23.3 tonnes of gold.
FEBRUARY
Seligdar obtained a licence for the Fedorovskaya area of the Elkon gold and uranium ore cluster, which is located in the Aldan District of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The prognostic resources of ore gold of category C2 amount to 1.2 tonnes, C2 off-balance amount to 2.0 tonnes, and silver of category C2 amount to 3.9 tonnes, C2 off-balance amount to 6.3 tonnes.
Rusolovo completed the main stages of repair works on the bridge across the Levaya Silinka River and the section of the road to the processing plant of the Solnechny Production Complex, ensuring continuity of road traffic and safety for pedestrians. The road across the bridge is also the only route to the tourist attraction, Lake Amut and the forest. The renovated facility was handed over to the administration of the Solnechny municipal district.
Rusolovo announces the implementation of an automated packing station for tin and copper concentrate at the drying stage in the production cycle. Automation of the process allows improvement of the beneficiation technology cycle, thereby increasing the speed of finished product output, while minimising energy resources and economic costs.
MARCH
Seligdar acted as the general partner of Reindeer Herder’s Day, which took place in the vicinity of Khatystyr village, the administrative centre of the Belletskiy nasleg of the Aldan District of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
Seligdar completed more than sixty percent of the total scope of works at the Khvoynoye Gold Processing Plant.
The total balance gold reserves of Seligdar as of 1 January 2025 amounted to 285.1 tonnes. The growth of the indicator in 2024 amounted to two percent. The Holding Group increased the volume of reserves at the Nizhne-Yakokitskiy, Ryabinovy, Samolazovskiy and Sininda Production Complexes.
APRIL
Seligdar PJSC and Rusolovo PJSC announce operating results for the first quarter of 2025 based on management data. Doré gold production amounted to 846 kg, remaining at the level of the previous year; tin in concentrate increased by thirty-five percent year on year to 833 tonnes; tungsten in concentrate increased by one hundred and forty-six percent and reached 26 tonnes; copper in concentrate amounted to 533 tonnes. Following the first quarter, the total revenue from sales of metals and concentrates of the Seligdar Holding Group increased by sixty-six percent compared to the same period of the previous year and amounted to 13.4 billion Russian roubles.
Seligdar acted as the financial partner of the traditional fishing festival Northern Baikal 2025 in the Severobaikalskiy District of the Republic of Buryatia.
The Spring Technical Council was held in Moscow with the participation of the Holding Group’s management.
Seligdar PJSC published its consolidated financial statements under IFRS for 2024. Consolidated revenue amounted to 59.3 billion Russian roubles, increasing compared to the previous year by six percent. Revenue from sales of its produced gold increased by 9.1 billion Russian roubles and amounted to 50.8 billion Russian roubles. Bank-adjusted EBITDA amounted to 27.7 billion Russian roubles, representing a year-on-year increase of thirty percent. The bank-adjusted EBITDA margin amounted to forty-seven percent. The net debt to bank-adjusted EBITDA ratio amounted to 2.76x.
Rusolovo announces the start of testing cassiterite flotation technology at the processing plant of the Solnechny Production Complex. The initiative is aimed at increasing the recovery rate of tin from refractory ores in the mining zone of the Geophysical section of the Molodezhny mine.
MAY
Reserves were approved for industrial development of the Gladkoye deposit at the Purikanskaya area in the Aldan District of Yakutia. Seligdar registered balance reserves in the amount of 1,742 kg of gold and 15.5 tonnes of silver, and off-balance reserves of 2,583 kg of gold and 21.8 tonnes of silver.
The annual General Meetings of Shareholders of Seligdar PJSC and Rusolovo PJSC were held, during which strategic issues of the further activities of the companies were discussed.
On the eve of the celebration of the eightieth anniversary of the Great Victory, military historian Aleksey Isaev, with the support of Seligdar, presented the documentary film Gold of Victory, telling the story of gold mining and its use during the Great Patriotic War.
Rusolovo acted as a sponsor of an extensive festive programme for residents of Solnechny settlement as part of the celebration of the eightieth anniversary of the Great Victory.
JUNE
Seligdar announces plans to issue digital financial assets on the basis of the information system operated by Alfa-Bank. The total volume of the issue may amount to up to 1.5 billion Russian roubles, with the price of one digital financial asset being 1,000 Russian roubles.
Employees of Rusolovo joined the blood donation campaign ahead of World Blood Donor Day.
Rusolovo will introduce additional equipment at the Solnechny Production Complex. Additional concentration tables will be installed, and five flotation machines with a total volume of 25.6 cubic metres will be purchased. This will significantly expand the flotation front and almost double copper concentrate output.
The Governor of Khabarovsk region, Dmitry Demeshin, paid a working visit to the processing plant of the Solnechny Production Complex of Rusolovo PJSC. The head of the region personally familiarised himself with the production process, highly appreciated the achievements and expressed support for the further development of the production complex.
JULY
In celebration of its fiftieth anniversary, Seligdar organised a number of social projects, including a mural, a crossfit area, a large festive concert and other events in Aldan, as well as a chess tournament in Yakutsk.
Seligdar solemnly opened the Khvoynoye Gold Processing Plant with the participation of the Head of Yakutia, Aysen Nikolaev.
An Investor Day of Seligdar PJSC was held in Moscow.
Seligdar PJSC and Rusolovo PJSC announce operating results for the first half of 2025 based on management data. Doré gold production amounted to 2,780 kg, remaining at the level of the previous year. Tin in concentrate production increased by forty-one percent and reached 1,721 tonnes, while copper in concentrate increased by twenty-nine percent to 1,229 tonnes and tungsten in concentrate increased by one hundred and forty-nine percent to 64 tonnes. Total revenue from metal sales increased by forty percent year on year and amounted to 28.4 billion Russian roubles.
In Aldan, the Sila Seligdara corporate sports festival was held, with employees of the Holding Group from several Russian regions taking part. The competitions were held in several team sports.
At the Solnechny Production Complex, Rusolovo began implementing a project for technical re-equipment of the sludge department. One of the stages to improve beneficiation quality will be the introduction of additional units of combined flotation and gravity equipment into the sludge cycle, including four-cell flotation machines, which will significantly expand the flotation front and increase production volumes.
AUGUST
Seligdar PJSC published interim consolidated financial statements under IFRS for the six months ended 30 June 2025. Consolidated revenue amounted to 28.4 billion Russian roubles, increasing compared to the previous year by thirty-six percent. Revenue from sales of produced gold increased by 7.1 billion Russian roubles and amounted to 23.9 billion Russian roubles. Bank-adjusted EBITDA amounted to 11.6 billion Russian roubles, a year-on-year increase of forty-two percent. The bank-adjusted EBITDA margin amounted to forty-one percent. The net loss decreased by fifty-nine percent to 2.2 billion Russian roubles. The net debt to bank-adjusted EBITDA ratio amounted to 3.26x.
Seligdar launches digital financial assets linked to the gold price with a coupon of six percent. The total issue volume is up to 1 billion Russian roubles. The managing agent is Alfa-Bank. The new instrument allows investors to participate in the growth of both the gold price and the currency, while also receiving additional interest income.
Seligdar planted more than 600,000 cedar and Scots pine seedlings in the Aldan District of Yakutia as part of reclamation and compensatory measures.
The Chief Executive Officer of Rusolovo, Sergey Antonov, and the Head of the Solnechny Municipal District of Khabarovsk region, Sergey Semenov, signed a three-year agreement on social and economic cooperation.
Rusolovo provided assistance to the administration of the Solnechny District of Khabarovsk region in equipping social facilities for the local population.
SEPTEMBER
The rating agency AK&M confirmed the highest rating of non-financial reporting of Seligdar.
Seligdar took an active part in the Eastern Economic Forum 2025. Several agreements were signed, including a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Innovations, Digital Development and Infocommunication Technologies of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), as well as an agreement with M K Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University on the development of joint educational programmes. In addition, Rusolovo and the Government of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug also signed an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of social and infrastructure projects. Thanks to Seligdar, a unique palaeontological find, the baby mammoth Yana, over one hundred thousand years old, was presented at the Yakutia stand.
With the support of Rusolovo, one of the stages of the Championship of Khabarovsk region in motocross was held.
Rusolovo continues pilot industrial operation of cassiterite flotation technology at the processing plant of the Solnechny Production Complex. The use of this technology makes it possible to process stored semi-dry product and old tailings from the Dolgiy stream. Thanks to the new technology, the efficiency of tin and copper recovery will increase to eighty to eighty-five percent and to fifty percent for tungsten.
OCTOBER
The debut rouble bond issue Seligdar 001R 01 and its final coupon were redeemed. The total number of redeemed bonds amounted to ten million units. The total yield of the bond, including coupon income, amounted to eleven point fifteen percent per annum. The total coupon payment exceeded 3.2 billion Russian roubles.
A loan agreement in the amount of 10 billion Russian roubles was signed between Bank DOM.RF and Seligdar. The loan funds may be used by the company to finance current activities, including working capital replenishment, as well as to refinance liabilities.
Seligdar became a prize winner of the twenty-eighth Moscow Exchange Annual Report Competition in the nomination Best Annual Report of a Company with a Market Capitalisation from 40 to 200 billion Russian roubles.
Seligdar PJSC announces operating results for nine months of 2025 based on management data. Doré gold production increased by eight percent compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 6,148 kg; tin in concentrate increased by forty-eight percent year on year to 2,597 tonnes, exceeding the full-year 2024 production level by five percent within the first three quarters of 2025. Copper in concentrate increased by twenty-one percent to 1,734 tonnes; tungsten in concentrate increased by ninety percent to 95 tonnes.
The Moscow Exchange noted the special contribution of the Holding Group to the development of exchange trading in physical gold among subsoil users. The award was received at the forum on the development of the exchange market for precious metals MOEX Precious Metals Event.
At Samolazovskiy, Seligdar implemented a number of technological solutions: the conveyor belt for transporting roasted ore was replaced, and a thermal imaging monitoring system for the furnace flame temperature and non-contact control of the clinker temperature of roasted ore was put into pilot operation.
At the MineMovie 2025 competition within MINEX, the animated work The Legend of Seligdar won first place in the Best Promotional Video category. In the Best Film about Innovations category, the film The Phenomenon of Seligdar about the challenging path of gold miners won third place. Third place in the Mining Chronicles category was awarded to the Holding Group’s film about the development of the gold mining industry in Yakutia in the Aldan District.
Seligdar’s digital financial assets became the winner of the National Award in the field of digital financial assets.
Rusolovo began conducting guided tours for school graduates and students of specialised colleges as part of the development of industrial tourism and career guidance.
NOVEMBER
Seligdar was awarded the Digital Breakthrough Award for issuing the first digital financial assets in Russia within the framework of the eighteenth forum Russian Precious Metals Market Bullion 2025.
The Holding Group provided financial support to the Yakutia chess team.
Seligdar once again confirmed its Gold status in the Forbes ranking.
Seligdar PJSC announces financial results under IFRS for nine months of 2025. Consolidated revenue amounted to 61.8 billion Russian roubles, increasing compared to the previous year by forty-four percent. Revenue from sales of produced gold increased by 17.4 billion Russian roubles and amounted to 54.5 billion Russian roubles. Bank-adjusted EBITDA amounted to 29.6 billion Russian roubles, a year-on-year increase of fifty-three percent. The bank-adjusted EBITDA margin amounted to forty-eight percent.
Rusolovo installed thirteen units of new equipment as part of technical re-equipment of the Solnechny and Pravourmiyskiy Production Complexes. Improving the accuracy of data on the quantitative composition of ore at various stages of beneficiation will have a significant positive effect on the quality of finished products.
At the Molodezhny mine of the Solnechny Production Complex, an underground self-propelled vehicle was purchased for cargo transportation and delivery of employees for underground operations.
DECEMBER
Seligdar exceeded its planned metal production targets for 2025. The gold mining division in mid-December approached the milestone of eight tonnes of gold production. In the tin mining division, as of early December, 3,300 tonnes of tin in concentrate were produced, which is thirty-eight percent higher than the production volume for 2024.
On 26 December 2025, the placement of the gold-linked bonds GOLD03 was completed.
At Sininda, Seligdar carried out comprehensive work to improve the efficiency of business processes, develop logistics infrastructure and transport support, and improve social and living conditions at the production site. Major repairs of the canteen and medical centre were carried out, and laboratory and new bath and laundry complexes were built.
Seligdar was included in the RSPP sustainability indices for 2025 with the highest ratings.
The contribution of Seligdar to the development of industry in Yakutia was noted at the Second Far Eastern Subsoil Users Forum. Seligdar was awarded a departmental award of the Ministry of Industry and Geology of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) for its significant contribution to the social and economic development of the region.
Seligdar acted as a partner of the Russian Bond Congress in Saint Petersburg.
The Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Arctic initiated the inclusion of additional sites under the management of Rusolovo in Khabarovsk region within the boundaries of the Advanced Development Territory Khabarovsk.
Rusolovo completed another stage of modernisation of the processing plant of the Solnechny Production Complex, as a result of which the gravity beneficiation front was significantly expanded. The commissioning of new equipment makes it possible to increase the volume of processed ore and improve the recovery rate of valuable components.
At the Molodezhny mine of the Solnechny Production Complex, three new charging and mixing vehicles were commissioned for tunnelling and mining works.
