The AK&M rating agency has confirmed the non-financial reporting rating of the Polymetallic Holding Group Seligdar (hereinafter referred to as the "Holding Group" or "Seligdar") (MOEX: SELG) at RESG 1, the highest level of disclosure of information on sustainable development in reports. The highest-level rating has been awarded to the Company for the third consecutive year.

According to the agency's methodology, Seligdar's reporting for 2025 received 90.2 points and was classified as the highest level. This rating is assigned to companies that receive a rating score in the range from 85 to 106.4.

Every year, Seligdar improves the quality of its reporting, expanding the list of disclosed indicators and topics covered. The sustainability report is integrated into the annual report, where this topic occupies more than one third of the document.

The main focus of the report is on human resources and social policy aimed at staff development. The largest part of the document is devoted to these issues. The report contains a detailed description of the staff motivation system, adaptation and training tools for employees.
