Seligdar received an award in the category ‘Best Annual Report of a Company with Market Capitalisation of 40 to 200 billion Russian roubles’ in the XXVth Anniversary Annual Report Competition organised by the Moscow Exchange. The award ceremony took place on October 27, 2022 in Moscow.

The Annual Report Competition organised by the Moscow Exchange each year is one of the key events in corporate governance and investor relations. ‘The Moscow Exchange chooses the best companies that apply advanced practices in information disclosure and set an example of transparency for market participants,’ noted Chairman of the Executive Board of the Moscow Exchange Yury Denisov.

In 2022, 86 companies submitted applications for participation in the competition, including 9 debutants. The assessment of the reports was carried out by the expert group and the jury, which included representatives of self-regulatory organisations of financial market, consulting and investment companies, banks, information and rating agencies, representatives of business associations and specialists in corporate governance and communications. The competition consisted of two stages: at the first stage, a short list of participants was compiled, at the second stage, the winners were determined. The shortlist in the category ‘Best Annual Report of a Company with Market Capitalisation of 40 to 200 billion Russian roubles’ included 9 companies: Aeroflot, Positive Group, Detsky Mir, M.Video, Rusagro, Segezha Group, Seligdar, Unipro, YATEK. The winner in the category became Aeroflot; Seligdar and Segezha Group earned awards.

‘The Seligdar’s award in the Annual Report Competition of the Moscow Exchange is an appreciation of the company’s efforts in the field of information disclosure, stakeholder communications. The company continuously strives to improve the quality of reporting; in particular, the 2021 annual report discloses non-financial information in accordance with the international GRI standards for the first time.
